Biography

Meng-Tsan Tsai was born in Pingtung, Taiwan on June 29, 1978. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Graduate Institute of Photonics and Optoelectronics, National Taiwan University in 2008. After graduation, he became a postdoctoral researcher of the Graduate Institute of Photonics and Optoelectronics, National Taiwan University. Since 2009, he joined Department of Electrical Engineering, Chang Gung University as an assistant professor. He is currently an Associate Professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering and the Graduate Institute of Electro-Optical Engineering, Chang Gung University. His research interests include biophotonics, optical inspection and optical sensing.
