 Biography
 Erl-Huei Lu was born in Taiwan. Republic of China, on October 11, 1950. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Chung Cheng Institute of Technology, Taiwan, in 1974 and 1980, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree electrical engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, in 1988. Lu is a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Chang Gung University, Taiwan. His research interests include error-control coding, network security, and systolic architectures.
