Biography
Huang-Chang~Lee received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from National Chi Nan University,
Taiwan, in 2002 and 2004, respectively, and his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the National Tsing Hua University in 2014.
From 2005 to 2009, he was with an IC design service company as a circuit designer.
From 2014 to 2015, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the National Tsing Hua University. Since February 2016,
he has been with the faculty of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Chang Gung University, Taoyuan, Taiwan,
where he is currently an associate professor.
His research interests include channel coding, and digital signal processing, and their applications to communications.
