Wei-Han Hsiao received his B.S. degree in electrical and control engineering and the Ph.D. degree in communications engineering, both from National (Yang-Min) Chiao-Tung University (NCTU/NYCU), Taiwan, in 2008 and 2018, respectively. During his Ph.D. study, he focused on 5G mobile radio design, under the supervision of Professor Chia-Chi Huang. Since September 2018, he has been working as a senior engineer at Foxconn Advanced Communication Academy, engaging in 5G-NR Cloud RAN Project. From September 2021, he joins the Department of Electrical Engineering as an Assistant Professor at Chang-Gung University. His current research interests are in the areas of next generation 5G/B5G/6G mobile communication systems, millimeter wave massive MIMO technologies, and cellular communication systems. He is an IEEE member.
