本系開發之醫學影像分析軟體 "Chang Gung Image Texture Analysis Tool (CGITA)",為一開放原始碼軟體,用於計算腫瘤影像異質性。美國哈佛大學、Dana Faber Cancer Institute的研究人員,使用本軟體進行肺癌病人、正子電腦斷層影像之腫瘤異質性研究,研究成果發表在2014年十二月Plos One的研究論文中。



The open-source software "Chang Gung Image Texture Analysis Tool (CGITA)" developed by EE at CGU, is used to quantify the intra-tumor heterogeneity for medical images. Researchers at HarvardMedical School and Dana Faber Cancer Institute used CGITA for studying the PET images of lung cancer patients and published their results at Plos One.
